How claiming works

Open your profile
Go to your brand’s page on Homeform and choose Claim this profile. Sign in or create a free account first.

Tell us who you are
Send your name, role and work email. Use an address at your brand’s own domain so we can confirm it quickly.

We confirm it by hand
Our team checks every claim, usually within 2 business days, then hands the profile to your account.

Manage your catalog
Add your full catalog, organize it into catalogs, update products and links, and see how your products perform in renders.

Why does my brand already have a profile?
Homeform adds brands whose products people want to visualize. We start each profile with a few of your products so shoppers can place them in photos of their own homes and click through to buy on your site.
What does an unclaimed profile show?
Your 9 most popular products on Homeform, a link to each product on your site, and the renders that include them. It is labeled as an unclaimed profile created by Homeform.
What changes once I claim it?
The 9-product limit goes away. You can upload your full catalog, edit product details and buy links, and use the brand dashboard. How many products you can list depends on your brand plan.
Does claiming cost anything?
No. Claiming is free, and Homeform takes 0% commission: shoppers buy on your site. Paid brand plans add more products and renders.
Can I ask you to change or remove the profile instead?
Yes. Claim it to make changes yourself, or send a claim request explaining what you need and our team will follow up.
